Wednesday afternoon Jack Yates, a Muncie brakeman, fell under his train at Muncie and was Instantly killed. The body was brought here yesterday and taken to his home, in the Sixth ward, where his wife and children live In destitute circumstances. Yates was well known here, having worked at various jobs.
