The funeral of Wm. Starbuck occurred at Fairview, Monday afternoon, under the auspices of the Albany Lodge, I. O. O. F., of which he had long been a member. He was for years a Delaware county resident and his demise caused great sorrow among his acquaintances. A large number of friends paid their respects to the departed by attending the services over his remains.
