Killed by a Falling Tree.- The Muncie Journal of the 22d ult. States that on the Wednesday evening previous, as Mr. David M’Millin and his family, of Clinton county, Ohio, were returning home from a visit to their relatives in Blackford county, about seven miles north of Muncie, a tree fell across the wagon, literally cruching it to pieces, and killing almost instantly, Mrs. M’Millen, and fracturing the thigh of her husband. There were seven persons in the wagon at the time, all escaping uninjured except Mr. M’M., his wife, and a little boy who had his foot slightly injured.
