A Muncie Citizen Dead
Word was received in this city yesterday morning stating that Henry Klaus was dead and his remains would
be shipped east. It is not certain whether the interment will take place in Muncie or Chilli-cothe, Ohio.
Mr. Klaus was for a great many years a resident of Muncie, but moved to Colorado two years ago in the
hopes of benefitting his fast failing health. He rallied considerably under the changed surroundings,
but the deadly fangs of consumption had fastened upon him and he finally succumbed.
