Charles Howard, on south Walnut street, died yesterday evening at 5 o'clock and will be buried to-morrow at 10 o'clock. Mr. Howard was a soldier in the Union army and will be buried with military honors. He was fifty years of age, and as been keeping boarders. He has never enjoyed good health since he came out of the army. He leaves a wife and daughter to mourn his loss.

The Delaware Guards turned out to-day to attend the funeral of their departed brother, Mr. Hpward, notice of whose death was given in yesterday's News.
