Wesley Bowen Was Engaged to Assist in Minstral Show
Wesley Bowen, 27, colored, a well known musician, died yesterday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Downs, 918 South Plum street. Bowen had been afflicted for some time with heart trouble. For the past several weeks he had been practicing a part in a minstral performance to be given by local talent in the near future. Relatives in Cincinnati and Cleveland have been notified of the death and no funeral arrangements will be made until instructions are recieved.
