The Herald regrets to learn of the death at Merrill, Wis., on Monday, of the wife of Mr. C. D. Barstow. Mr. and Mrs. Barstow were residents of Muncie for some time and had many friends here, Mr. Barstow being Superintendent of the Water Works prior to MR. Walling, the present superintendent, thaking the place. The remains of Mrs. Barstow were laid to rest in the cemetery at St. Louis. Yesterday.
