Well-Known Royerton Woman Called Beyond
Malinda Frances Alexander, 64, wife of Samuel S. Alexander, died yesterday morning after an extended illness of Bright’s disease, at her home in Royerton. She was the daughter of the late John Strohm and wife. Having been born near Royerton and resided in Delaware County all her life, she was widely and prominantly known throughout the county. She is survived by her husband, two sons, John P. Alexander of Ohio City, O., Oddia W. Alexandria of Fort Benjamin Harrison; three grandchildren, two of whom are in the army; one brother, George W. Strohm, and one sister, Mrs. Sarah Ellis, both of Muncie. The funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon at the Royerton Church, and burial will be made in Beech Grove Cemetery.
