Mr. Haller is a native of Franklin Warren County, O., where he was born in 1847. He has had an experience of over three years in this branch of business, and both from the advantages secured by homework as well as for the efficiency and enterprise he exhibits is he entitled to the liberal patronage of our citizens and vicinity.
