Emily Dragoo Franklin
Emily Dragoo Franklin was born in Preston county, Va., April 14, 1834, and came to Delaware County, Ind., in 1836. She was married to Pierson W. Franklin December 18, 1855, and has lived in the same residence for twenty-five years.
